Job Description

Kabala Consulting is seeking a driven and results-oriented Sales and Account Manager to join our sales team. In this role, you will be responsible for managing client relationships, driving sales growth, and ensuring customer satisfaction. The ideal candidate has a strong background in sales, excellent communication skills, and a proven ability to build and maintain long-term client partnerships.

Responsibilities:

  • Client Relationship Management: Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, serving as their primary point of contact and ensuring their needs are met.
  • Sales Strategy Development: Develop and implement effective sales strategies to achieve revenue targets and expand market share.
  • Sales Forecasting: Analyze sales data and market trends to provide accurate sales forecasts and identify new business opportunities.
  • Contract Negotiation: Negotiate contract terms and pricing with clients, ensuring mutually beneficial agreements while adhering to company policies.
  • Collaboration with Cross-Functional Teams: Work closely with marketing, operations, and product teams to align efforts and deliver exceptional service to clients.
  • Performance Tracking: Monitor sales performance metrics and prepare regular reports to share insights with management and identify areas for improvement.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field.
  • 3+ years of experience in sales or account management, preferably in a consulting or service-oriented industry.
  • Strong understanding of sales principles and techniques, with a proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to engage and influence stakeholders at all levels.
  • Strong analytical skills and the ability to interpret data to drive decision-making.
  • Proficiency in CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite.
