Job Description

Kabala Consulting is seeking a proactive and experienced Project Manager to join our project management team. In this role, you will be responsible for overseeing the planning, execution, and completion of various projects, ensuring that they are delivered on time, within scope, and within budget. The ideal candidate has strong leadership skills, excellent organizational abilities, and a proven track record of successful project management.

Responsibilities:

  • Project Planning: Develop comprehensive project plans, including timelines, milestones, resource allocation, and budget management.
  • Team Coordination: Lead cross-functional project teams, ensuring clear communication and collaboration among team members to achieve project goals.
  • Risk Management: Identify potential project risks and develop mitigation strategies to address them proactively, ensuring project continuity.
  • Progress Monitoring: Track project progress and performance, providing regular updates to stakeholders and adjusting plans as necessary to meet objectives.
  • Client Liaison: Serve as the primary point of contact for clients, addressing concerns and maintaining strong relationships throughout the project lifecycle.
  • Documentation and Reporting: Maintain accurate project documentation and generate reports that detail project status, performance metrics, and outcomes.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Project Management, Business Administration, or a related field (PMP certification is a plus).
  • 3+ years of experience in project management, preferably in a consulting or professional services environment.
  • Strong understanding of project management methodologies and tools (e.g., Agile, Waterfall, MS Project).
  • Excellent communication, leadership, and interpersonal skills, with the ability to motivate and guide teams.
  • Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to think critically under pressure.
  • Proficiency in project management software and Microsoft Office Suite.
