Kabala Consulting is seeking an organized and proactive Human Resources Generalist to join our HR team. In this role, you will play a crucial part in supporting HR functions, fostering a positive workplace culture, and ensuring compliance with labor regulations. The ideal candidate has a solid understanding of HR practices and a passion for helping employees thrive.
Responsibilities:
- Recruitment and Onboarding: Manage the recruitment process, including job postings, screening candidates, conducting interviews, and facilitating the onboarding process for new hires.
- Employee Relations: Serve as a point of contact for employee inquiries and concerns. Foster a positive work environment by addressing issues and promoting open communication.
- Performance Management: Assist in implementing performance evaluation processes, providing support and guidance to managers and employees.
- Training and Development: Identify training needs and assist in organizing professional development programs to enhance employee skills and knowledge.
- HR Policies and Compliance: Ensure HR policies are up-to-date and compliant with legal regulations. Assist in the development and implementation of HR policies and procedures.
- Data Management and Reporting: Maintain employee records, HR databases, and generate reports related to HR metrics, such as turnover and employee satisfaction.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field (HR certification is a plus).
- 2+ years of experience in human resources or a related field.
- Strong understanding of HR principles, labor laws, and regulations.
- Excellent communication, interpersonal, and problem-solving skills.
- Proficiency in HR software and Microsoft Office Suite.
- Ability to manage multiple priorities and work independently in a fast-paced environment.
