Kabala Consulting is seeking a friendly, proactive Customer Support Specialist to join our team. In this role, you’ll be the first point of contact for our clients, providing exceptional service and support to resolve inquiries efficiently and professionally. The ideal candidate has strong communication skills, is solution-oriented, and enjoys working in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities:

  • Provide Exceptional Customer Support: Respond to client inquiries via phone, email, and chat, ensuring a positive and supportive experience.
  • Resolve Client Issues Efficiently: Diagnose, troubleshoot, and resolve client concerns promptly. Escalate complex issues to the appropriate departments when necessary.
  • Maintain Customer Records: Accurately document interactions and resolutions in the customer relationship management (CRM) system.
  • Collaborate with Internal Teams: Work closely with other departments to ensure seamless client experiences and relay important feedback to improve service offerings.
  • Follow Up with Clients: Check in on outstanding issues to ensure resolution and satisfaction, maintaining an ongoing relationship with clients.
  • Identify Process Improvements: Suggest and implement ways to improve customer support processes, enhancing efficiency and service quality.

Qualifications:

  • High school diploma or equivalent (Bachelor’s degree is a plus).
  • 1+ years of experience in customer support or a related role.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple inquiries.
  • Familiarity with CRM systems and basic troubleshooting techniques.
  • A positive attitude and a commitment to client satisfaction.
