Job Description

Kabala Consulting is looking for a talented Consulting and Strategy Analyst to join our dynamic team. In this role, you’ll work closely with senior consultants and clients to deliver insights, strategic plans, and actionable solutions that drive organizational success. This is an exciting opportunity for an analytical, detail-oriented professional with a passion for solving complex business challenges.

Responsibilities:

  • Conduct Market Research and Analysis: Gather, analyze, and interpret data on industry trends, competitor activities, and market conditions to provide insights that inform strategy.
  • Support Client Strategy Development: Work alongside senior consultants to develop, design, and implement strategic initiatives tailored to each client’s needs and objectives.
  • Prepare Reports and Presentations: Compile findings into clear, concise reports and presentations. Communicate key insights, strategies, and recommendations to clients and stakeholders.
  • Collaborate with Cross-Functional Teams: Work with internal departments, including marketing, finance, and operations, to ensure a comprehensive approach to each client project.
  • Monitor Project Progress and Outcomes: Track the implementation of strategic initiatives, assessing the results and refining approaches as needed.
  • Identify Growth Opportunities: Proactively seek opportunities for clients to enhance their market position and optimize their resources.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Economics, Data Science, or a related field (MBA is a plus).
  • 1-3 years of experience in consulting, business strategy, or data analysis.
  • Strong analytical skills, with a proven ability to interpret complex data and generate actionable insights.
  • Proficiency in MS Office (especially Excel and PowerPoint) and familiarity with data visualization tools.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and meet deadlines.
