Job Description

Kabala Consulting is seeking a motivated and experienced Business Development Specialist to join our growing team. In this role, you’ll be instrumental in expanding our client base, driving revenue growth, and establishing long-term business relationships. The ideal candidate is a strategic thinker with strong interpersonal skills, a passion for sales, and a results-oriented approach.

Responsibilities:

  • Identify and Develop New Business Opportunities: Proactively research and engage with potential clients, industry partners, and market segments to generate leads and build a robust pipeline of business prospects.
  • Build and Maintain Client Relationships: Foster strong relationships with clients to ensure satisfaction and repeat business. Act as the main point of contact for key accounts, ensuring their needs are met and exceeding expectations.
  • Create and Implement Business Strategies: Work closely with the sales and marketing teams to design and execute business development strategies that align with company goals. Utilize data-driven insights to refine approaches and maximize impact.
  • Negotiate Contracts and Close Deals: Prepare and deliver compelling presentations, proposals, and contract terms. Negotiate and close deals while ensuring compliance with company policies and industry standards.
  • Monitor Market Trends: Keep abreast of market trends, competitor activities, and industry developments. Provide insights to the leadership team to guide strategic decisions and capitalize on new opportunities.
  • Collaborate with Cross-Functional Teams: Work alongside the marketing, product development, and customer support teams to ensure consistent messaging and effective onboarding for new clients.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Sales, or a related field (Master’s degree is a plus).
  • 2+ years of experience in business development, sales, or account management.
  • Proven track record of achieving sales targets and driving business growth.
  • Strong understanding of market dynamics, customer needs, and industry best practices.
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
  • Ability to work independently, manage multiple priorities, and collaborate effectively with team members.
